Khali Yin Skalxien

Khali Yin Skalxien, one of the Twin Empresses, was born with her sister Yin Khali as the eldest children of Emperor Richard IV and Jha Rin. Khali Yin is known as the Emerald Empress for the striking green of her eyes. Rather than choose which of his daughters would sit the throne, Richard IV chose to ignore the issue, until he was poisoned to death by the twins along with his wife and several advisors. The Twin Empresses pronounced themselves married, used the aid of magic to conceive children, and proceeded to exile all those who had spoken against it. Their reign was short and bloody, started in 1276 and ended in 1289 with their assassination by unknown parties, though it is heavily rumored that the Blades did it to put the more stable Chen II on the throne, though he was only a boy of twelve. The Twin Empresses are buried in a secret location, together, though a jade and granite statue of the two of them holding hands stands in the Golden House of the dragon Hypernius, hidden away at the back of his horde.
