Kelbo

The Kelbo, who were called by others Swamp Elves, are an extinct race of elf who were defined by their black-striped green skin, gills, and thick white third eyelids. They inhabited what is now called the Whispering Madnessbefore being driven to extinction by the Jianro during the Sylvan War. Little is known of them, save that they worshiped Zhaoze Muqinas a trickster spider god and had a healthy trade relationship with the Embereki wood elves.
