Ferilix Mountain-Crusher

Ferilix Mountain-Crusher is one of the last ten remaining True Dragons, and the only White Dragon left in existence. He is the sovereign master of the Dragonfjord, a stretch of land in northeastern Lancaster that nearly borders Yanu-Yanu Island. He is the only dragon that claims a non-Empire territory as his hunting grounds, occasionally hunting on any of the Singing Islands that please him, a fact that push the Islanders closer to Ter Eira than the Empire would like. Mountain-Crusher is much lest interested in followers than his fellow dragons, and as a result his domain is wild, it's borders marked only be a permanent swirling blizzard, and his cultists and others that live under his "protection" are often isolationists that survive in his forests as best they can without establishing settlements, each of which gets immediately crushed saved for communities of Kobolds that operate mining and farming towns to feed the dragon.    Ferilix is bulky and more muscled than the other True Dragons. His scales seem to be attached like layers of swinging hinges, long and feather-like, and are each covered in a layer of ice so thick as to be like steel armor. The dragon's teeth are like saws that cut through his frozen victims, and his horns twist and curl and frame his face, jutting out at the bottom like a mammoth's tusks. The tail of the Mountain-Crusher ends in a large ball of bone strong enough to give him his name. His wings are covered in razor-sharp ice at the tips; people have been known to die from falling icicles when he flies overhead. Ferilix' humanoid guise is that of an Acundi Elfwith ice-blue eyes and a smile that shows a crocodile's teeth. He enjoys taking this form and hunting with hound and spear.    The magic of Ferilix is as wild and unpredictable as the dragon himself. He is said to accidentally bring about Living Spells in his slumber, horrid works of arcana that take the shape of nightmares and stalk those who activated them. He creates towers of ice for his children, who are allowed to hunt as they please within his domain but are never to leave it lest they be eaten by their dread father. The dragon also practices elemental shamanism, creating endless ranks of ice elementals and constructs to pit against his followers, his children, or himself. The presence of the dragon's arcane self has corrupted the area inside of his eternal blizzard, allowing primal growth of normal beasts into their dire counterparts, or bringing about thick woods where none should grow. Those that live within the domain become as savage and merciless as their master, often quick to anger and faster to pick a fight. Some have described this state of being as a sort of "primal enlightenment".    The Mountain-Crusher can cause those that displease him to sink into the frosty ground, never to be seen again. He can conjure icy or frosted terrain where he pleases, and breath a storm so cold that it kills those in it's path from exposure before they can blink. And of course, if this were not terrifying enough, the dragon as all his kind is a particularly adept spellcaster. He can see perfectly in snowy conditions, even the thickest of blizzards, and loves to toy with his humanoid prey by hunting them through the same when they can't even tell which way is which through the wall of white death.
