reign as regent-when his brother prince fernado 2nd died he became regent for his nephw prince Carlo of castilan. the the council of regents was formed to govern in the young princes stead till he was of age. when sultan Abdul died in battle fansicso went to Milan 2nd prince of Setercha regent of the two crowns and asked if his nephew would become sultan instead of the infant sultan emperor Ibriham 6th. this was because he believed that his branch of the dynasty had proven that they couldn't rule. Milan out raged at such an accusation order the pashas arrest. however fansicso pasha ordered the troops that were preparing to arrest him to be killed by the castilan army.
