The head of the de Luna family and Princess-Mayor of Alldris. Calculating, intelligent and uncannily adaptable, she never misses a chance to improve the standing and power of her family, and tries to twists any and all situations to her advantage, often successfully. Rebuilt House de Luna after losing both her father and all her brothers in a family vendetta, and her mother to grief, by marrying and getting lots of children.
To her chagrin, her plans seldom survive contact with her children.
