ELI is the serving Artificial Intelligence Software onboard most Habitat structures.
ELI’s purpose is to analyze, organize and communicate to the colonists, data which may be crucial to their success in a Phase 2 operations. He can automate mission logistics, estimate risks and rewards, and track all mannerisms of environmental data on a new planet.
ELI also takes over the duty of organizing expenditures, ordering drops from passing supply ships, and tracking accomplishments and bonus payments for colonists finds.
