Spirit Tree
The Spirit Tree is the heart of Etheriel as it bears and distributes the soul energy. Its trunk has a diameter of 15 meters and a height of around 80 meters. The tree crown forms an enormous dome that features large, rich green leaves in spring, pale pink to bordeaux red colored flowers in the summer months, and colorful berries in the winter months.
There is at least one nature warden that was selected by the tree as its protector. The chosen one also called spirit warden has the duty to protect the tree at all cost and takes the leading seat within the Spirit Tree Organization. A new spirit warden gets selected as soon as the current one is dying or has already died due to unforeseen circumstances.
Localized Phenomena
From the tree's heart - a naturally formed large soul gem glowing in all colors of the rainbow - energy veins spread across Etheriel forming refuges in places where a significantly high number of energy veins meet each other. The veins host the soul and life energy for all living beings of Etheriel.
