Illuminated Manifests

Quatrain IV, Clause III

The manifest is considered a work of art as it was the defining document that secured Humans their place in Espen's financial sector. Excerpt: Prelude to Trade for the Benefit of Espen

The brilliant radiance of the sun's illuminating essence imbues the sky with a warm and alluring enticement, devoid of any blemish or obscurity. The precipitation of rain has mercifully ceased, and the populace has been joyously freed to partake in lively festivities.

One cannot help but marvel at the brilliance of this glorious day, and take pleasure in traversing the thoroughfares as the resplendent sun continues to shine with utmost brilliance. This is the day that Humans and Goblins free the world from unsecured trade and those who would prey on caravans.

Relevance:

This document, while not having the impact of other documents may have ceased wars or established religions. It found its own relevance in establishing Espen's first secure financial institutions. Using both arcana and science the Humans and Goblins were able to guarantee the security of trade, thereby making it cheaper and safer, which led to more trade. Soon residents of Twinnam found themselves eating Dwarvish delicacies from the north, and Dwarves found themselves draped in the silks and fineries from the south. All due to the Illuminated Manifest.
