Hatchetwink's Trading Co.
Started by Goblin Chief Larscone E. Hatchetwink on the lands that his clan of goblins took in the Goblin Uprisings. The land he claimed sat atop a canyon, he started small with two small shops connected by a flywire. Traders from the north and the south used the fly wires to conduct Hatchetwink protected trades.
From there the shop grew to cover the entire distance of the 700-foot canyon from top to bottom. The items traded at HTC were known for their rarity, but customers paid copious amounts of gold rarely to use these items but simply to adorn collections.
As the legend of Hatchetwinks trading grew the humans began to rely nearly exclusively on Hatchetwinks to broker most trades and ship them safely across Espen. The dwarves found a market for their weapons and the gnomes for their trinkets. The Elves remain ever wary of Goblins given their roles of increasing importance within the world of commerce and their appointment as liaisons for the Bank of Espen.
