Cordelia Ward's first attempt at expansion beyond her own shop in Mithrigal. It is the first of any of the Ward's family holdings to not be directly managed by a member of the Ward family. Instead, it is Cordelia's childhood friend Gal Farebreak who runs the day-to-day operations of the inn.
Based on the original design in Mithrigal, the Ward's connection to efficient shipping and goods allows them to make a number of accommodations at affordable prices and stay competitive in the region. The Ward's name does bring with it a number of challenges in Dwarven territory due to the history with the Red Commission, thus Elven territory seemed a perfect fit to rehab the brand.
To put her own personal stamp on the Ward, Gal started crafting gift boxes for guests which have become quite popular.
