Tokushū
The Tokushū region is located in the northern portion of the Eihantō Peninsula in Northwest Auslon. It extends from the neck of the peninsula, through the Tokuchiyō Isthmus, to the ill-defined border with Kōkoku. The forests are tall, with conifers reaching more than 100 feet high and leaning over from the weight of their foliage. The wind that blows through the trees is filled with a resinous, spicy scent, like a forest fire. This scent mingles with that of the sea, rich with iodine and minerals that are used in some perfumes. These two scents become one, creating a unique aroma that is unique to this land. The Tokusō people live alongside this scent and carefully guard the secret of their perfumes that they trade throughout Auslon.
