Masta Enterprise
A high tech coropration based on earth and mars. As high tech products they invest heavy in personal gear. Survival suits, small land vehicles and housing. They also created the first Quantum Computer. the nanobots and other inventions soon followed.
they are major players in A.I. technology, virtual and augmented reality. Their Physics engineering is way beyond what everyone else does.
They are currently looking for a new leader since Ordona Masta Sanfiri has been found death.
They know it is murder, and they are still investigating who and why. SInce they are as far as they know tthe only corporation with nanobot technology. (is it an inside job? the A.I.? Is there another corporation with this technolgy?)

Structure
The director or Masta has several corporate pillars to control (uneven number). Each pillar has three directors called the triumvirate. When a corporate vote s needed there is always a majority. (3 or 1vs2.) the pilalrs votes are digitally signed and delivered to the Masta. The masta will follow the votes but has a final say.
Each pilar can also block a vote (this is also an anonymous vote)
Culture
the company has a strict hieraarchy, but allows the lowest ranks to speak to the director. the decisions however are made in hierarchical way.

On earth: 3 large corporate design ande research offices, 7 development and test branches and two superfactories.
On Mars: 12 medium Offices (5 hidden and secret) 6 development offices (one fully A.I. controlled) and 1 large factory (3 Superfactories underground and secret)
History
based on earth the corporation was able to join the Mars Colonisation Program. The technology developend was state of the art and on Mars they felt free to go beyond. Earth became less important, still delivering the best gear to Earth. but the real stuff is on Mars.
