Hel

Undoubtedly the most important god after her brother Effneki, Hel is the goddess of the underworlds, and the perfect fusion between Ragdafuria, goddess of order and Avall'uch, Incarnation of chaos, adopting both their desire for lawful order and their evil nature, as well as having a chaotic side that has indestructible tendencies. Though she did not have much work to do as life did not exist yet, she laid the foundation for many planes and dreamt the idea of monsters in her dying moments, thus also inventing the cocept of death.
Hel immediately isolated herself from the other gods of the First Pantheon as soon as she was born, only staying in contact with Effneki, her choleric tendencies moving her to stay far from her brethren. It is said that in her first fit of rage, she created the abyss, the epiphany of chaos. Realizing her mistake, and to counter the instability she had created, Hel decided with the help of Effneki to create the nine hells, a lawful plane of evil that is directly connected to the abyss to counteract its chaotic nature. Hel did not have much connection with The first Higher Ones in her conscious times, but once she started raging about, it is believed that she often sought these chaotic entities to appease her blood lust. Furthermore, though she was often isolated from the other deities, her immeasurable power was feared and respected, and her loyalty was never questioned. When the time came for Effneki's trap that would result in a second fusion creating the Second Pantheon and the second Higher Ones, Hel did not hesitate to join the battle, believing that evil should be lawful and rational. However, it is often depicted that she almost jeopardized the plan, flying in a fit of rage during the final battle. During her last dying breath, Hel dreamt up the first ideas of monsters, devils and demons, the latter two being fated to fight each other for eternity, setting the foundation for life to appear.
There exist almost no venerators of Hel herself anymore, most having either shifted to venerating a demon lord, Asmodeus, king of the nine hells, or a Higher One depending on their chaotic nature, but those who do inherit extreme power as a consequence. The cultists of the goddess of the underworlds are often the most knowledgeable in the universe, preferring to stay hidden from any other entity.
