Forseti is the god of justice and law. Because of his neutrality of all costs, he is often frowned upon by many, and even by his own fellow gods. However, he still remains the symbol of divine justice and the court. Right after his creation, Forseti created a new plain of existence in his image of true justice. This also implied that no other gods and of course The first Higher Ones may enter or have influence on that plain, which made him unpopular amongst his peers. The only other entity that Forseti allowed to enter his plain was Heimdallr, how can be considered his only "friend" (if such concepts can exist in the divine realm). But once Effneki called to war against The first Higher Ones, he was one of the first to answer.
After the second great fusion, Forseti's realm was left without a god, like many of the god's plains. As such, the plain of justice abided without many changes, with very little lifeforms appearing and disappearing along the eons. Today, only snipplets of Forseti's influence remain, with very few exploiting them, but they are woven into many intelligent creature's very fabric: the sense of justice.
