Mindy is a past-her-prime halfling female who used to travel over the road as a bard, but has settled in Matlock. 'The Minx' was part of her stage name as she was apparently very beautiful in her youth but the years of travel and drink and a few drugs have definitely taken their toll. She still has a nice husky singing voice though and can play a decent drumbeat. Her mannerisms are flirtatious, and she'll spill any secret over a glass of her favorite drink …. a 'Nail in The Coffin' (cider, lager, and a dash of blackcurrant cordial with a flaming anise-liqueur dropped in)
