The People's Hall

The People's Hall of Livonia is unique among the kingdoms of Albion: It is the only representation of the people of a state since the imperial senate of the Golden Age of the Empire. Here the Voices of the people gather to debate and discuss current issues and laws, led by the First Voice and speaker of parliament. Currently led by First Voice Horatio Luminov, the parliament is beset on all sides by squabbling nobles, recent invasions and the King's wishes and has seen daily sessions of talks since the invasion of Six-Fingers and his horde.
The Hall itself is a rounded room boasting a magnificent dome covering, with seats for the public of Livon on the balconies above overlooking the entire debating floor. The king often attends session, though he does so at his own whims.
