History
The title comes from the elected official that was the presiding representative of his domain in 1520 when the Kurfürst of Kirschdorf and the King of Snaken joined their houses to create the United Providences by marrying their first borne children. The Iselgrune still needed governance, so as the titles fell for representative leadership in the territories, the name was retained for the effective "Rector" of the controlled Providence of the island, starting with the Kurfürst of Kirschdof, then adding Braaten when it was liberated from Trifalgarian control, and finally adding the Kahuaabek Reservat, where the lands were already claimed by the UPKS, but then they discovered an entire society of Goliaths living deep in the northern rainforests and along the coast there.
