Mother Ala is co-leader of Ilnithic, a shape shifter organization she views as her family. She manges security, community events and repairs to Cihuateopan. Mother Lily has infiltrated AMTP alongside several other Ilnithic agents to pursue their new mystery "sibling", Tia Minx while Ala has stayed behind to continue running their operations.

Ala lives up to the title of Mother, naturally maternal and doting. She cares for the members of their organization as her little family and does all she can for their safety and community, something most Shape Shifters are in dire need of. She is steadfast, nurturing, polite and kind but she can also be extremely bullheaded, stubborn and protective. She will do whatever it takes to further the goals of Ilnithic, to protect her little family and she will weather and burden to keep them together.
