Magic

Obir's gift to the mortals of Malorin, so it's said. This gift is one that was ill-understood for aeons, existing as one of the world's many mysteries until the first wizards, Inastina Forenn and Omunth the Gray, cracked the code and started to teach others in the arcane.
For millennia, the arcane arts were honed, perfected, and a curriculum was drafted to teach fledgling magi in grasping the flow of magic around them. It's not known when the first sorcerer- a creature that has an innate grasp of magic- arose, however, but it was well after magic became so commonplace.
  Divine magics started arising shortly after the first wizards spread their teachings, though these magics drew upon a different wellspring: the divine power of a deity. Due to the sheer potency of this wellspring, only those trained to limit the power should try to use it, as the first apostles to call upon the righteous fury of a god, to smite their foes, was burned alongside their foes in a blazing glory.
  Arising first in the heart of Sahuatl, a third brand of magic started to become known; psionics. The first recorded psion, Peitha(Mystery Hide), proved to be potent indeed, manipulating the ebb and flow of magic with the power of his mind alone. Though Hokenian scholars documented this individual's accomplishments, they unfortunately found that this form of magic is something that cannot be taught, it's hereditary. A mentor, however, can help a psion hone their ability.
  In recent centuries, however, there has been a new breed of magic, one bent more towards concept, on spheres of influence, than school. These "Spheres" magi grew to resent the classics, whom they call "Vancian"(etymology unknown), and a radical splinter of this group, their own fanatics, once tried to start a revolution in Telhoken, though they were thwarted and promptly banished from the city.

Description
When laying your hand upon a living creature, you channel positive energy that cures 1d3 points of damage +1 point per 2 caster levels (maximum +5). Since undead are powered by negative energy, this spell deals damage to them instead of curing their wounds. An undead creature can apply spell resistance, and can attempt a Will save to take half damage.

Description
When laying your hand upon a creature, you channel negative energy that deals 1d3 points of damage + 1 point per 2 caster levels (maximum +5). Since undead are powered by negative energy, this spell cures such a creature of a like amount of damage, rather than harming it.

With a touch, you can attempt to change the creature's physical sex- male, female, intersex, or any other sex that species has- it does not alter identity, or change the creature's overall physique. Change Sex can be made permanent with a permanency spell, except that it provides another saving throw opportunity to the affected creature.
