With a mixed bag gift of both chromatic and metallic dragons, Dhulhamat, a multi-headed draconic creature, made his mark upon both worlds. Rather than roam the lands with his creations, he resides in a separate realm, watching over the activities of all scaled-kind, and intervening only when his chosen are threatened.
