A migrant group of humans discover old Dragios ruins that are carved into the base of a mountain and extend into a large underground cavern. They began construction of a city atop these ruins, and used mirrors in the air shafts to regulate the air and to shine sunlight down into the cavern. By 120 E, the first level was carved and expansion into the cavern was done carefully due to the unknown amount of Dragios tech and possible security measures that may or may not been shut down when the site was abandoned by the Dragios decades earlier.

Discussion is had to add more levels of habitation into the mountain side and upgrade the infrastructure within the caverns not long after completion of the first level. Populace comes to a consensus to host an referendum every fifty years. In that fiftieth year, the city will be reviewed and another vote had to determine if feasibility of expansion is needed and affordable.   Much of the Dragios ruin runs in a smaller cavern below the larger cavern, so the first level is built above most of the ruins. The section of the Dragios ruins that was carved into the base of the mountain is turned into habitations for humans and an entrance for the cavern portion of the city. The ruins were generally well guarded to avoid people wandering down there and potentially getting hurt by possible unknown tech or security as a section of the ruins seemed to be running on emergency power.   The populace of the city comes to a consensus not long after the first level is built to have two of the first Supki-specific professions: The Light Keepers (those that crawled into the air shafts to adjust the mirrors to simulate a day/night circle in teh cavern) and the Explorers (those that carefully planned expeditions into the ruin to find useable tech and a way to turn off the emergency power in the farthest underground section of the ruins.
