Hikari god of Light

Lord of Light, King of Truth. All Seeing Father, Revealer of Truth,

Hikari, God of Light, is one of the eldest deities—an eternal light born at the dawn of creation. He is brilliance incarnate, a beacon of truth, revelation, and unwavering purpose. Hikari seeks to illuminate all things, to cast light upon the hidden, and to tear down the veils of secrecy and lies.   Though he is known to withhold words when wisdom demands it, Hikari never speaks falsehood. His silence is rare and purposeful, for his core is honesty—unyielding and pure. To follow Hikari is to live in clarity, to be seen for who you truly are, and to seek the truth no matter how difficult it may be.   He is not a passive light. Hikari is a god of action, ever striving to guide the world toward enlightenment. His light is the first to break the darkness, the fire that leads the lost, and the judgment that reveals all shadow.   His followers are often mistaken for paladins, and many proudly claim that title. They are righteous, outgoing, and fearless in their pursuit of justice and truth. Radiant in spirit and unwavering in resolve, they shine with the inner light of their god.   For Hikari teaches: “All carry the spark of light. With truth, courage, and purpose, let that spark become a Ray.”

Divine Symbols & Sigils

The Pastel Sun
Hikari's symbol is the Sun, a brilliant yellow orb with eight pastel-colored squares extending out like rays, each representing one of the Divine Energies. He is both Radiance and Truce. Each ray represents a truth, and collectively they form unity. Go forth and find it—the sun gives you light to see the world, and that light comes from Hikari.

Bright Sword
Hikari's preferred weapon is the sword. It is an instrument for protection, direction, and justice. The world looks to it for defense, clarity, and strength. It is the blade of people seeking serenity while defending their truth, loved ones, and lives. Hikari personifies the great art of the sword and the nobility that comes with it—fighting not for conquest, but for what is right. Her sword represents the road of truth.

Prismatic Crystal
A prismatic crystal is also considered a sacred sign of Hikari. It catches the light and displays all of the colors within. It symbolizes the various levels of truth—the realization that no single perspective determines reality. The truth is complicated, with many sides and illuminations, yet Hikari shines through them all.

Tenets of Faith

Hikari calls upon his followers to seek the truth, to walk the path illuminated by light, and to help others find that same clarity and joy in life. To do so, his followers must pursue understanding—not only of the world and its truths, but also of themselves and of Hikari’s divine guidance.

He understands that truth is not always singular; there are many paths to understanding, and many forms of light that reveal it. His followers must find the clearest light, the one that best reveals what is real and just.

Hikari also expects his followers to show respect for the laws and structures of civilizations—as long as they do not contradict his divine laws or endanger others. Societies are built by people searching for order, meaning, and truth, and their laws are often a reflection of that pursuit.

To walk with Hikari is to never stop seeking, never stop shining. Be the light. Feel the light. Follow the light.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Hikari seeks to guide all souls toward truth, so they may gain understanding, wisdom, and light. He wishes for every soul to find joy and fulfillment through their journey, eventually returning to him with their light shining brightly.

As each enlightened soul rejoins him, they share their brilliance, and together their collective light will illuminate his realm—until its radiance extends beyond, shining across the entire Divine Realm
