Tokta - Capital city

The Capital city of Kalignis is a simple and efficient place, more reminiscent of a soldiers barracks than a capital city.

No space or material is wasted, the people live simply in large communal buildings with separate sections within for each family. This allows far more space for large training grounds and arenas which, despite their immense size are constantly full, such is the need and want for strength within the city in all it's forms.

Any hunter who can mange it will spend some time here in training as you will find no better training for life or death combat then in the arenas of Tokta.
