Tokta Sewer Safe House

The lavishly decorated safehouse has several entrances/exits to allow members of the pact to leave quickly if needed. Housing a small number of permanent members it also has space for several more members at any given time. The safehouse is also built to accommodate outsiders as is is an "introductory" location for people who stumble their way to the pact.
