The Wand of the Warmaster

The The Mage Guild branch based in Tokta - Capital city , from the outside it appears to fully fit in with the Laconic nature of the rest of the City. However once inside more elements of mages hedonistic tendencies show themselves, although still plain every opportunity to add even the smallest of flair is taken, from the wooden walls having their panels arranged to act as a mosaic, to the script to provide directions written in calligraphy, the mages find every way possible to bend the rules without outright breaking them.
