On discovering that imposters had infiltrated the guild, many taking on the form of the notorious murderer Whisper as a secondary disguise, Miko Tanner baits the imposters into a conflict in the dungeons of Pizol Springs. This works, and a leader of the mysterious cult is revealed to be Fredricka the Red, a guild member who fell in Guildfall, wielding strange corrupted powers now being referred to as 'blight'.
The Black Mermaid, guided by Lady Jade, corrupts the town and surrounds of Hailfin Port in the southern Empire of Eal. This is the first sighting of the nature-corrupting effects that would become known as Blight.
Rin's Guild report - 0.2.30 agfThe blight rapidly spreads across Elanora from the north-east, preventing the growing of healthy food, steadily corrupting wildlife and livestock, and choking all non-blighted life from existence.

Jaspier Penrose, recently rescued by the Little Warriors from a stasis chamber, betrays Breac Sunfist and kills Breac's apprentice Sarah with a blighted spell, nearly kills his own cousin Miko Tanner, and escapes with a device needed to create shield tokens.

The Rotwood Conclave reveal themselves as the political force behind the Blight, and behind many of the disperate efforts across Elanora to oppose the Little Warriors and to bring them into disrepute.
Breac Sunfist resurrects Lord William Bregan, who still claims the identity of the notorious murderer Whisper, but acts seemingly to protect the Little Warrior's interests across the multiverse.
Using the Spellsculptor's Cube in the Tower of the Magi, the Little Warriors create golden acorns that can repulse the blight. Breac's address 0.4.26 agf
After Mylmar interupted the sleep of The Sleeping King in the dark shrine in Lanzsig, the veil between worlds splits, delayed only by a deal between Miko Tanner and the Smiling Devil, Auxum. In response aberrations pour out of rifts across Elanora and are barely contained by the efforts of the Appeasers and the Little Warriors.
For his role in triggering the near-apocolypse and damning Miko Tanner's soul, Mylmar is banished from the Guild Hall. Mylmar's efforts the week after, guided by Whisper, secure a release of Miko's soul on a technicality.
A scouting team confirms the fall of Stoneshaft Hold. The dwarves here, desperate for a way to survive the blight and abandoned by the Little Warriors, join the Rotwood Conclave. A LWG scouting mission confirms the presence of an Auxum agent here, Du'Malth.

Jaspier Penrose takes advantage of Lady Ruby Wintergreen's absence to attack the World Tree sapling. It is wounded, not killed, thanks to the intervention of Damien Ironbrand.
In response, blight across Elanora begins to retreat.
Jae'Kalan V, former Emporer of Eal, assaults Eal City. He is killed by the Little Warriors and his niece, Empress O'Mala, but the cleric Tathar falls in battle and several other adventurers are lost in various conflicts across the city.
Mylmar becomes the first adventurer to visit the Conclave Hall and meet the leader of the Rotwood Conclave - Noxala, former apprentice of Lady Ruby Wintergreen. His access to the Guild Hall is restored.
The Cackling Vulture destroys The Ferry Man and takes his place, consuming all souls that would otherwise traverse the River of Stories.
The barbarian king, Crost, invades Pizol Springs in a lightning attack. As the battle rages, the Little Warriors kill Crost in his fortress, freeing the war-god Abal, and causing a massive scream of rage and anguish to tear through the minds of all creatures in combat at that time.
Many of the invading host and the defenders of Pizol are slain by the blast, feeding The Cackling Vulture even further.
Abal, his mind clouded by nightmare, begins his rampage across Elanora.
At the cost of Lady Layla's soul, The Cackling Vulture was defeated, allowing souls to once more traverse the River of Stories.
Abal's rampage is ended in the village of Dorn, with Empress O'Mala I of Eal acting the part of Abal's daughter, the Silent Queen.
Sarah Blightborn disconnects the World Trees by taking the place of Sir Knight in the blighted tree, allowing one tree to be harmed without killing the other.
Jaspier Penrose attacks several major cities, killing Councillor Teelak of Tokmor, attempting to kill El'Salsten Riley of Theaton (and instead slaying the wizard Caethir). He then assassinates King Trost of Starport and Empress O'Mala I of Eal, and kills several Little Warriors, O'Mala's entire personal retinue and the entire 1st Legion.
Breac Sunfist is killed by Jaspier Penrose. In turn, Jaspier is killed by Whisper and raised as the guild's servant, bound by the power of the Dread Rail of Command. Breac will serve in the afterlife as the new Ferryman - not a deity, but granted sufficient powers to perform the job.
At the cost of Agent Torinn's very existence, Whisper and Jaspier Penrose succeed in recrafting new shield tokens. However, while both trees remain alive, the tokens are unable to function outside Elanora.
The Little Warriors and the Rotwood Conclave both attack each others acorns in a massive series of coordinated assaults and counterattacks, culminating in the death of Noxala Wintergreen, the destruction of the blighted World Tree, and the fall of the Rotwood Conclave.
