Tokmor
Tokmor - the Firestone Fortress, the Everdawn, the Big Cheese. The capital of the Starfall States was known by many names, not all of them affectionate, before it was crushed under a tidal wave and obliterated during the War of the Seeds.
Tokmor was an industrial powerhouse, but it harboured a dark secret. Populated by exiled elves from the Mistlands to the east, the Council of Tokmor survived for over half a century, extending their own lifespans by possessing the bodies of their descendants in a vampiric ritual called the Rite of Transferrance. Their ghoulish practices were brought to an end by the Little Warriors, with the aid of an internal rebellion and the ever mysterious Whisper. With Whisper's aid, the Little Warriors slew the Council members before they could defect to the Conclave, rescued most of the lay population, and triggered the flood.
The population of Tokmor now resides mostly under the care of Salsten Riley in the Dinga States. The floodwaters have receeded, but there is little to nothing salvagable remaining of the city itself. The city center is still infested with dangerous blighted creatures, as the blight infecting them was not tied to the Conclave tree, and so the wretched inhabitants here did not die with that tree's felling at the end of the War.
