Faerie Kingdom of Celene
Celene is the home of the grey elves of Oerik, ruled by Queen Yolande for over 200 years. It grew increasingly isolationist since the Hateful Wars between Celene and neighbouring Keoland, which occured in the early 500s and resulted in the death of Yolande's royal consort, Triserron.
Yolande has been jolted out of isolationism by recent events including the revelation that Soil, a precious resource that allows wizards to traverse the multiverse without aid of a Shield Token, can be harvested from Fae creatures. The Divine Order has insisted (without evidence) that the destruction of the city of Rel Mord and the assassination of Mayor Gasgal of Greyhawk was conducted by agents from another world, and has insisted on being permitted to harvest Soil to conduct a counterattack. Faced with the possibility of the entire continent of Oerik being united against her, Yolande reluctantly agreed to allow a limited number of Templar to hunt for fae creatures in her borders, but she makes no secret of detesting the idea of humans enroaching on her lands and slaying her centuries-old allies. She also has no faith the Templar won't try to sacrifice her elves to their cause the day they discover they've run out of fae.
As might be expected from a small, isolationist elven nation, Celene produces high-quality lumber and fresh fruits, and has a need for quality manufactured goods such as arms and armor.
