A blind kuo-toa from the kingdom of Melusine in the Northern Territories. His origin remains shrouded in mystery, but he showed up with the brusque Prof. Quespa after her to Chusei University following a lengthy hiatus.
Prof. Quespa organized intense training sessions between Skip and Reetma, a Gilded Hecat Guild adventurer contracted by the University in the spring of 919 who was trying to figure out how to use the psychic gems embedded into his skin by the archmage Monomakh. Through Skip's unorthodox teaching methods and aggressive sniffing, Reetma managed to levitate and catapult small objects in a limited area. Reetma eventually left the region after his contract with Chusei was complete, but Skip stayed in his cage.
