Even after the Kiri-Kawa-Oda War of 876 that realigned the balance of power in the Territories towards Oda Clan, Rozu maintained Yosei's centuries-long neutrality in the region. When Oda Clan became the undisputed leader of the region after the Oda-Kiri War in 908, Rozu signed a trade deal with the coastal nations of Melusine and Kawa Clan as a precaution against any future campaigns waged by Oda Clan. This neutrality paid off in an era when regional superpowers threw their weight around against weaker neighbors, now in the era of Kyoko Hara's Northern Union (919 - Present) Yosei's decades of peace and stability under Rozu made it a lucrative hub for regional investment and growth.
