Oka
A small town owned by the halfling tribes of Yosei in the southwest of the Northern Territories. Years ago the town competed with Suika for shipping supremacy in the Arrayas Ocean, but Suika won out and Oka was left with the occasional tradesman or missionary. The city’s most known for being the hometown of the hero-general Bucephalus the Rambunctious.
