Pelaios Salkhad
A well-to-do blue tiefling and cattle rancher in Rakka's frontier. His family established Pelaios Ranch nearly a century ago and turned into an efficient operation, but in recent years the ranch became threatened by roc attacks and drow raids. The ranch was almost completely destroyed by drow rebels from the Verschow, convincing Pelaios to sell the ranch and retire to the Qilthani countryside. He passed away in 916, his best ranch hand Kali Taldou inheriting much of his estate.
