Guang Chirp
A male kenku and smuggler for the pirate band Silver Beak. A couple members of Rakka's Heroes pressed him for information on a pack on of well-dressed gnolls outside of Qilthani in 900, unaware that band of adventurers had just murdered several of his friends a couple days earlier on the way into town. He continued to operate smuggling operations in Rakka well into the 4th Cycle's tenth century, stealing metals and tech that would disappear on boats sailing north towards the Campanel Desert.
