Earl/Jarl
Taken from the old days of strict Monoarchy within Magnum Opus, the title of Earl, or Jarl for the more traditional, is still in place for those who run the different counties and cities of the country, although they are more democratically elected now.
Qualifications
An Earl must be elected by popular vote after the previous one either steps down or has run their term limit.
Duties
An Earl is in charge of the cities maintenance as well as organizing affairs for the rest of the townships within the county territory.
