The Storm of Supritia

No living soul knows how the island of Supritia looks from near or what is exactly found on the island. The impassable and incessant storm around it has raged for decades and shows no sign of ceasing. It shrouds the island in mystery, and no one is knwon to have ever passed it alive or has set foot on the isle it encompasses. It is commonly regarded as foolish to even try to get in or around the waters of Supritia, and only the pirate cult known as The Hoisted Shroud ever tries. This organisation has wroked to optimise and perfect their ships and sailing knowledge to one day reach the island. Some believe the storm is of divine origin, as the cult of Diantha, the ancestors of the Hoisted Shroud, have lived on the island in ancient times. Though, Diantha is widely known to not be a divine being, which still makes it possible that the storm has an arcane origin with her.

Manifestation

The storm might be confused with a natural event if not for the fact that it has now been raging for decades and never ceased or even paused. It is a raging storm with churning winds with an intensity that can't be observed or measured anywhere else. The waters lap high around the island that - even if it can't be seen - it can be said that Supritia must always be covered in water.
