Introduction:

Nelor is the homeworld of the Korrax, making it one of the most recent planets added to the Illithid-Dilug Intergalactic Empire of New Rocheron. Nearly everybody on the planet are korrax, and their population is around 8 billion. It lies in the star system of Incindia, which is in the archaic sector.

Description:

Nelor is 63% land and 37% water, with the land mostly split between dense forests, grasslands, and deserts. It has 92% of Rocheron's gravity. While this would be suitable for most species, the planet is inhospitable to most species due to it's atmosphere. The atmosphere of Nelor is 54% oxygen, which is toxic to most species. While the korrax are used to this much oxygen, many of them live in places on the planet with much lower levels. Because of this, the korrax can live on most other planets.

Importance:

Compared to most home worlds in the empire, Nelor is not near many important systems or trade routes. Its only real importance is its export of Nelorium, a very useful crystal exclusive to the planet. The crystals were secretly mined before the korrax made contact with the empire, but the practice was halted after contact. Because of the usefulness of Nelorium, the korrax were given a seat on the @Galactic Council.
