Introduction:

Azathoth is a Super-Aberrant Megafauna that dwells exclusively in the Far Realm. They are the oldest and most powerful of their kind, being the elected leader of the Great Old Ones after the death of the God Universal Rebirth. Historically Azathoth has been one of the more hostile Great Old Ones, and is believed to have exterminated over 10% of all life in the Universe during the Second Cataclysm.
