Llutheas

Llutheas is the capital city of the Ecarian Empire.
It is the largest city on Ecari, housing many Elves. Due to the Empire's expansion in recent years, it is not uncommon to even see some Paekian Elves, and many traders from the City State of Icheros have their homes here as well.
At the center of the city stands a towering citadel - housing the royal court of Queen Aena and the temple of Legias, staffed by priests of the Creed of Legias.
