Elf

The Elves are the predominant sentient race on Ecari. Though others exist, non have banded together in such large numbers to build towns and cities.
There are three distinct ethnicities within the Elven species - The Errean, The Paeko and The Icherosan. Though all elves are of similar stature, the ethnicities differ in skin colour and build. Exceptions to these rules exist, especially for elves of mixed heritage.

Age An elf typically claims adulthood around the age of 80 and can live to be 400 years old.
Skills You gain proficiency in one skill of your choice.
Feat You gain one feat of your choice.
Trance Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is “trance.”) While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
Language You can speak, read, and write Elvish.

Subraces

There are three subraces of Elves, or ethnicities: the Errean, the Paeko and the Icherian.

Errean

Ability Score Increase Your Intelligence score increases by 1.
Errean Weapon Training You have proficiency with the glaive, shortsword, and hand crossbow.
Extra Language You can speak, read, and write Errean.

Paeko

Ability Score Increase Your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Paeko Weapon Training You have proficiency with the shortsword, dagger, sickle, and shortbow.
Extra Language You can speak, read and write Dark Elvish.

Icherian

Ability Score Increase Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Skills You gain proficiency in one skill of your choice.
Extra Language You can speak, read and write Icherian
