Dark Elvish

Dark Elvish is the Paekian dialect of Elvish. 
It uses more "s" sounds, and has a slightly stronger emphasis on vowels.
The Paeko seldomly shout or speak loudly, which results in even foreigners often speaking softer when speaking Dark Elvish.
