Paruva Kell (Par-uv-a kell)
Paruva Kell is the sly tiefling proprietor of The Bloody Griffon in Mantlemine's northern Banka District. Although he has a small frame, he runs the Blood Ring with brutal efficiency and is almost impossible to pin down during a brawl. He is a member of The Crimson Knives, and makes his tavern a safe haven for the criminal gang.
