Skarhir Confederacy/shield confederacy

Skarhir Confederacy is the ruling government/kingdom of the dwarfs of SCIATH
The current Ruler is Queen Merry Iron forge of the Bronze Tower Clan
There are 4 clans and 4 guilds that make up the Skarhir Confederacy
Bronze Tower Clan is the most powerful and head of the Skarhir Confederacy Gren Iron forge. They own the city of Doral and the Bronze Basion.
Iron War Door Clan: know for siege works and tactics, Mistria Iron is head of the clan and sits on the guild senate. The city of LODAR is under their control.
Steel Tear Clan: known for goat knights and cavalry Jennryn Tear is head of the clan. The city of Todir is under their control.
Obsidian Targe Clan: know for stealth and rangers, Thonir Black is head of the clan. The city of THARIM  is under the clans control.
