Utility Cart

A utility cart is a small battery-powered vehicle (similar to a golf cart) for carrying equipment around a Service Area. It has two seats (driver and passenger) and a cargo bin in back. The cart can self-drive or be driven by a driver. Each Service Area normally has one utility cart in a charging bay.
