The Librarian
The Librarian is an AI construct that is the user interface to the Library Computer. When a Library Terminal is activated, the Librarian appears in the terminal's holographic display to answer questions.
The last update to the Library Computer's database was just after the accident . If asked about anything more current than that, or anything else the Library Computer wouldn't know about, the Librarian says "That infor-ma-tion is not avail-able" or "I cannot make such inferen-ces."
