Timeseer (time-si-er OR time-siyr)

These Savants can see into the future. This sight is called their Foresight. It starts with only a few seconds at a time and only when they are under extreme stress or imminent danger. With training, they can expand and control their Skill to encompass those close to them and longer timeframes in the future.

This Foresight makes Timeseers seem incredibly fast because they see time slowing down around them, yet they move normally, allowing them to cover distances or perform actions in a fraction of the time it would take a non-Timeseer.
