Valentina Weaver
Frau Valentina Weaver (a.k.a. Val)
A Timeseer who was at one point married to the geneticist Frederick Weaver. She volunteered to be part of one of his genetic programs where she donated her DNA to the artificial creation of savants. Initially, she thought this program would help non-savant parents introduce the savant genetics into their line.
However, when she realized that Frederick really wanted to make a contingent of brainwashed super-soldiers, she (along with her fellow savant participants) dismembered the program and spread the children throughout the world to hide them from Frederick.
She has one daughter.
