General Physical Condition
Fit and agile, Tom can race through trees faster than anyone. Although short for a man, he walks with confidence and a head held high.

Tom's face is smooth and handsome with a crooked smile and a constant mischievous glint in his eyes.

Tom dresses in well-fitted clothes that are easy to move around in. Tunic and vest with breeches and a simple coat over top.
Specialized Equipment
Tom and his officers have sets of 3D maneuvering gear that they stole off a couple of Catholic scouts, but the general public has no idea that they own them.

Personal history
Tom was born and raised a Sorobellan. He spent much of his childhood running away from home and avoiding any form of physical labor, namely lumberjacking, that his father tried to force him into. At sixteen, he founded The Vulgar Brigade, a band of misfit, thieving troublemakers, and has spent the rest of his life running that.
Education
He never did well in school, mainly due to his habit of skipping it to go adventuring with his friends, but he did excel at math and geometry.
Employment
None. Unless you consider thievery to be a valid career option.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Primarily, the founding of The Vulgar Brigade. He also once singlehandedly robbed The Redclaws of an entire barrel of whiskey from the South Aegion fort without anyone noticing, and he has always been immensely proud of himself for that one.
Failures & Embarrassments
One time, Tom made a bet with his friend Lad on which one of them could drink the most whiskey without throwing up. He lost and had to commision a dress in town and then wear it around for a full week. He was not pleased.
Morality & Philosophy
Most would consider Tom's morals to be quite loose, but he does have a moral code based mostly around when it is acceptable to steal what from whom and why. He also refuses to murder people, even Redclaws.

Motivation
He says his motivation is justice for the people who are "robbed" by The Redclaws, but he is only truly motivated by the desire for a life of partying and whoring with the thrill of the hunt driving his adrenaline junky nature. As long as he has someone powerful to steal from, he's happy.

Family Ties
His parents, Tom and Margaret Boon, still live in Sorobell. Tom works as a lumberjack foreman while Margaret stays home and does housewife shit. Boring, stereotypical family life. They live in the upper levels of Sorobell society, as lumberjacking does bring in a decent living and Sorobell is a small town.
