Physical Description
Body Features
Most everything about Newt is small. She's short, thin, and not at all curvy. While she is 50 years old, she is biologically immortal and thus still looks like she's in her early twenties.
Facial Features
Newt has a narrow face and looks Asian. She has a dainty nose, thin lips, and large, doe-eyes.
Special abilities
When Newt gets particularly upset, her eyes turn an inky black and she can inflict a paralyzing fear upon whomever she chooses. She also has many other angelic and demonic powers unique to her.
Specialized Equipment
Wings. Glorious, white angel wings with black-tipped feathers. When she chooses to pull them out, Newt's wingspan is twelve feet across.

Personal history
Newt was born in the year 191 PA somewhere in the south of The Catholic Nation. She was raised by her angel mother alongside her half-human sister. When the Catholics inevitably found them, Newt was the only one who escaped through some unknown form of teleportation that landed her square in the middle of the wasteland of The Free West. Newt was soon captured by a slaver named Donovan Holloway, who fully intended to sell her, but was prevented from doing so by his second in command and adoptive daughter, Caroline Holloway. Newt was freed, but chose to stay with the slavers and eventually learned to fight by their side. She sprouted her wings for the first time during a particularly nasty fight with a genetically mutated fiend. Before long, Newt and Donovan fell in love and she convinced him to give up slavery. Not much later, they came into control of a large military base and slowly began to recruit fighters against the Catholic Nation until Donovan became the leader of a full-fledged rebellion. They got married soon after, and Newt gave birth to their daughter, Scylla Quay Holloway, just two years after the rebellion officially began. Newt has spent the past decade by her husband's side fighting for the freedom of the west.

She who was once a quiet, meek little girl is now a confident leader who commands respect. While still sweet at heart, she puts on an air of superiority and uses fear to keep her underlings in line. That being said, she is beloved in most of her circles for her charm and loving nature.

She holds her head high and, despite her stature, somehow manages to look down on her inferiors.
Hobbies & Pets
She has a pocket dragon named Durzo who follows her around when she's home and stays mostly in his cage when she isn't. Durzo loves Newt, but seems to only tolerate her husband Donovan.
Speech
Newt's voice is soft and sweet when she wants it to be, but she has been using harder tones of voice since she became the wife of the leader of the Rebellion. She can also amplify her voice to beyond natural levels.
