Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Doc is fit and agile, even for a vampire. He keeps in top physical form and could take on a man twice his size.
Facial Features
His face has a tanned, leathery look to it, but is in fact quite smooth. As a vampire, he has decently long fangs that he does not hesitate to reveal in his charming, albeit threatening, smile.
Special abilities
His eyes are normally yellow, although they flash red when he gets excited, generally over the scent of particularly succulent blood. Also, all the other vampire shit.

Personal history
Doc was born somewhere in the rainforests of South America alongside his brother, Jeff. After their parents died in 1733, the brothers moved up to North America and lived with the native folk until they were in their fifties. It was then that a vampire clan attacked the settlement, killing most of the people there, but sparing a select few to join their ranks, Jim and Jeff among them. The brothers stayed with the vampire clan for over a century, and quickly became the most menacing gang of gunslingin' vampires in the Old West. The clan was hunted almost to extinction by the 20th century. Seeing that their days of pillaging were over, the brothers eventually parted ways with the remnants of the clan and joined the army. Jeff was the more skilled fighter of the two, but Jim was smarter and quicker on his feet, making him an excellent field medic. Shortly after the second World War, the brothers joined The Hartram Institute. Before long, Jeff became head of security and Jim became chief of medical research. After The Apocalypse, the brothers survived by staying in one of The Hartram Institutes bunkers for about fifty years. After that, Jim decided to help society rebuild and helped found St. Forbes while Jeff joined an elite squad of hunters bent on taking down The Catholic Nation. Doc remained in St. Forbes until 227 PA, when Donovan Holloway enlisted his services. Soon after Donovan founded The Rebellion, Doc returned to St. Forbes as a sort of recruitment officer disguised as a regular doctor.

Formerly educated as a doctor multiple times in order to keep his credentials up to date.
Morality & Philosophy
If his history is anything to go by, Doc's moral code is shady at best. He ravaged the countryside for a century as a bandit, and has supported slavery in the past few decades. That being said, Doc is a relatively well-meaning person. He believes in the sanctity of life, but also believes in harsh punishment for crimes. He tries not to kill people, but thinks using someone as a blood bank is acceptable if they've committed a sin worthy of said punishment. Doc fancies himself a good judge of character due to his many years, and he essentially knows how he feels about a person from the get-go, leaving little room for a change of heart.
