Director Johan runs the institute. Beneath him are the department heads, then the team leaders, then the team members. Director Johan also employs a small defense force.

History

The Hartram Institute has been around in many forms throughout the past 4,000 some-odd years. What started out as a small group of treasure hunters evolved into a massive secret organization spanning the entire globe by the end of the 20th century. After the Apocalypse, the organization was shattered. The Free Western branch of The Hartram Institute is among the smallest branches of the institute, as nobody really wants anything to do with the Free West.
